REFUNDS OR MONEY BACK
If the Order is seized or held by Customs in the Destiny Country , we do not make money returns or any refund . Note: If the order is lost by the Postal Service or Courier inside the country destination once arrived the order to the destination country, we do not make any refund neither any re-ship because the order arrived to the destination country and the loss of the order was responsability from the Postal Service or Courier in the destination country and not by trujilloshop.com, so the guarantee is not applicable
It is up to the Buyer to make the claim to the Postal Service or Courier in his Country since the Order arrived to a his country, it cleared customs but in transit to its destination , the order was lost by the Postal Service
ORDERS DAMAGED
In case the shipment has suffered damages during the transport to the Destiny Country , the customer will have to communicate this situation to trujilloshop.com before the 48 later hours to his reception. In this case, trujilloshop.com will initiate the procedure of claim to the transport company to replace the merchandise damaged without additional charge to the client.
The customer will have right to the re-ship of the product without additional cost including the expenses shipment once the product has been given back to our facilities and the incidence has been verified.

TIME OF RE-SHIPMENT
