Roll of Chicken to the Casserole
Macerate a roll of about 1.5 kg in 100 g of Piki Chicken dressing for one hour. Then proceed to brown in hot oil. Add the rest of the dressing left in the tray to dilute in 3/4 liters of water and simmer for an hour and a half. If you wish, replace the water with beer and coke or with red wine.

Grilled Chicken
Macerate the Chicken (2 kg) with an envelope of 100 grams of Piki dressing dissolved in a cup of liquid preferably 1/2 bottle of beer. Then place on the grill.
